How do I reserve my items?

Submit a request under the "Get In Touch" tab, or click here. Once your item's availability is confirmed we will reach out with a rental agreement, invoice, and arrange a pick up time. Due to the volume of couples looking at the same date, it is only after the agreement and invoice are both complete that we reserve your items.

Where are you located?

We are located in Farmington Hills, MI.

When can I pick up my rental items?

We will contact you to schedule a pick up date after a request is submitted. Most pick ups are Wednesday-Friday and items must be returned by Monday. This allows plenty of time to set up for your event.

Do backdrops break down for transport?

Yes! All of our backdrops and stands break down for easy transport.

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, we do not offer delivery.

When will I receive my security deposit?

Security deposits will be returned by the Wednesday following your rental period.

Do you offer set up or tear down services?

To keep our costs low and provide the most flexibility for our clients, we do not offer set up or tear down services. All of our products are easy to set up with 2 people.

I’m looking to rent but I don’t see an item I want on the list.

We are a growing business! If there is an item you are looking to rent please submit a request and we will get back to you on if that is an item we are able to expand to include.
